1. Cancellation Policy
24 hour cancellation of appointments is required to avoid late cancellation fee. The cancelation fee is the full cost of the session or the session will be deducted from your package.
2. Late arrivals
Your session may be shortened if you arrive late. First time client’s please arrive 5 minutes early to fill out paperwork.
There are no refunds for missed or unused appointments and all package appointments need to be used within 3 months (3-Pack, 5-Pack) or 6 months (10-Pack).
There are no refunds for colon hydrotherapy for any reason.

6. Arbonne Product Guarantee Policy
A forty-five (45) day money-back guarantee is offered on all Arbonne Products that are ordered from an Arbonne Independent Consultant or through Arbonne.com. Clients who are not completely satisfied with a product they ordered from an Arbonne Independent Consultant may return the product to their Arbonne Independent Consultant for a replacement or full refund within forty-five (45) days from the client purchase date (not including shipping charges). Products ordered by Clients from Arbonne.com may be returned directly to Arbonne for replacement or full refund within forty-five (45) days from the client purchase date (not including shipping charges). A signed and fully completed Product Return Form must accompany a product return. Please allow four (4) to six (6) weeks for processing. Promotional products and gift items may not be available for replacement, and may, at Arbonne’s discretion, be exchanged for an item of equal value.
